Broker, or Assigns, is hereby authorized to contact Payor, property owners, lenders, fire insurance agents, escrow agents, and any other individuals or organizations necessary to generate or verify information deemed necessary by Broker to facilitate the sale and purchase of Note, including a credit report on the Payor, and a payment history record from the collection account.

Owner acknowledges having read, understood, approved, and received a copy of this agreement and certifies that all information supplied herein and in connection herewith is accurate. Owner agrees to indemnify Broker from any liability or damages resulting from any incorrect information supplied by Owner.

Owner is selling all remaining payments, beginning with the
